You agree not to use the JoiiUp service to engage in the following behaviors:

JoiiUp and its managers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to integrity of rights, commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of non-infringement.

JoiiUp and its managers, employees, agents, partners and licensors do not warrant the following: (a) JoiiUp services or software will meet your needs; (b) JoiiUp services or software will be uninterrupted, immediate, secure or without error; (c) the use of JoiiUp services or software will obtain correct or reliable results; (d) the quality of any goods, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained through JoiiUp services or software will meet your expectations; ( e) Any software errors will be corrected.

22. Handling of Copyright Infringement


JoiiUp respects the intellectual property of others, and also requires our users to respect the copyrights of others. JoiiUp may deactivate and/or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion. If you believe that your work has been copied in a copyright-infringing manner, or that your intellectual property rights have been violated in other ways, please provide JoiiUp's Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. If you are the copyright owner, please provide a copyright statement; if you are the authorized person of the copyright, please provide a valid authorization contract or other proofs;

23. General terms

These terms of service constitute a complete contract between you and JoiiUp, and regulate your use of JoiiUp services, replacing the previous version of the terms of service between you and JoiiUp for JoiiUp services. When you use or purchase other specific JoiiUp services, subsidiary services, third party content, or third party software, additional terms or conditions may also apply.

Both you and JoiiUp agree that the terms of service and the relationship between the two parties shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, but the conflict of laws provisions shall not apply; any lawsuit, cause of action, dispute arising from or regarding the terms of service (Non-theoretical disputes), or disputes arising from the relationship between you and JoiiUp, the Hsinchu District Court in Taiwan shall be the exclusive court of first instance jurisdiction. If JoiiUp fails to exercise or enforce any provision or right of this Terms of Service, it shall not be deemed to have waived such right or provision. If any provision of the terms of service is considered invalid by the competent court, and the parties still agree that the court should strive to implement the wishes of both parties reflected in the terms of the contract, other terms of service will still be valid and will not be affected by this.

You agree that your JoiiUp account is non-transferable and that your account or rights to related content will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, your account will be terminated and all content will be permanently deleted.

You agree that regardless of any conflicting legal provisions, any lawsuit or cause of lawsuit arising from the use of JoiiUp services or these Terms of Service must be filed within one year, otherwise it will not be filed again.
The titles of the clauses in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.


24. Violation


If there is any violation of the terms of service, please report to our customer service center.
